The battery can be screen printed on paper or plastic substrate in a conventional printing environment using standard screen-printing machines.

The 6 volts printed Zinc-ZnCl₂-MnO₂ battery consists of four unit cells connected in series. They can be easily connected to external circuits using conductive adhesives.

Types of Printed Batteries:

  • ZincMnO₂ flexible: Printed on blister foil, highly flexible.
  • ZincMnO₂ standard: Printed on PET foil, non-bendable.
